Cause of Cancer
Free radicals are the cause of cancer and for aging, and
the super oxide radical is the most aggressive of all
free radicals.
It is
important to maintain healthy cells necessary to
keep the body young, well and disease free.
Your body re-produces over a trillion new cells each
day―they
replicate (exactly) the cells you already have.
Thus, if you currently have unhealthy and cancerous
cells, guess what? Your body will keep replicating
those unhealthy and cancerous cells over-and-over.
You need to break the cycle by rebuilding healthy
cells.
Cells have needs:
raw
materials, antioxidants,
essential fatty acids omega-3s and omega-6s,
enzymes which contain essential mineral atoms such as magnesium, zinc, iron,
and chromium.
What is a cell made up of? Cells are made up of several atoms. If the atom is not paired with an
electron, this creates Free Radicals.
What is a Free Radical? It is a group of atoms acting as a
single unit, but unable to exist independently for more than a short period
of time; contains an oxygen atom with a free electron. An atom missing
a an electron is called a Free Radical and they destroy cells. Free
radicals may cause damage to a wide variety of tissues. They are
implicated in aging, brain damage, Alzheimer's disease, cancer, heart
disease, osteoporosis, and a variety of other conditions. These data
form the basis for administration of antioxidant drugs and vitamins, which
bind free radicals, eliminating them from the body.
What contributes to Free Radicals? Smoking, medications,
pesticides found on fruits and vegetables, pollution–the
air we breath, chemicals drinking water, mercury, processed foods,
wrong foods, X-rays both medical and dental, and many more. Just one
cigarette alone generates about one quadrillion free radicals—1,000,000,000,000,000!
Antioxidants can help protect us tremendously from Free Radicals.
Antioxidants have extra electrons, making the atom more neutralized.
Thus prevent clones of bad cells.

research slated to be published in 2004 at Brigham Young University
for the first time identified essential oils which effectively kill
cancer cells while being non-toxic to normal cells (non neoplastic
cells). Some of the most effective oils studied included
Sandalwood
essential oil inhibited growth by 90% of several different types of
cancer cells (cervical, breast, skin, and prostate) while having
little or no harmful effect on normal cells.
Sandalwood
showed excellent action even at very small concentrations (100 ppm).
Tsuga,
thyme,
grapefruit, and thyme linalool also showed low normal cell
toxicity and strong anticancer action.
Oils rich
in
limonene, such as
lemon,
orange,
tangerine, and
Idaho Balsam Fir
have been
shown in clinical studies to have potent anticarcinogenic effects.
According to a study at the University of Indian, "monoterpenes
would appear to ach through multiple mechanisms in the

Chemicals then actually create
a microfilm over the receptor sites and block the receptor
sites from receiving those hormones. We know now that
phenols (particularly found in
Oregano,
Thyme,
Mountain
Savory), and also alpha pinenes found in
Frankincense,
Sandalwood,
Myrrh are very effective in
eating or dissolving the petrochemicals in the blood. They
clean up the receptor sites that allow for those hormones to
come into that receptor site and then we create (instead of
a dysfunctional response) we have a duplication, and this is
how it should be.
Protein synthesis is right here
instead of in an altered condition. That is what we want to
see–so it is very, very important. And these oils have the

Now let’s go to the pictures.
This was one of my first subjects many years ago when I
first started working with cancer in 1985. This young man
had previously had two surgeries. You can see the scar
right here from the second surgery. When he came in to see
me the doctors had given him two weeks to live. The tumor
was growing 1" every 24 hours; it was attached to the
carotid artery, the esophagus, the jugular vein and was
infiltrating the brain and the right shoulder. The first
picture is when he came in to see me the first time. He went
home and came back one week later and this is the condition
one week later. It was growing so fast they said it would
just slowly strangle him.
I put David on our treatment
program and in two weeks the tumor had slowed down, but it
was still growing; it was still alive. I said, “David, you
know and I know that you don’t have much time. I would like
to do an experiment if you are willing..” and he said,
“What’s that?” I said, “I want to inject
Frankincense.” He said, “Has this ever been done?”
and I said, “Not that I know of.” He said, “What will
happen?” I answered..”One of two things–it will either
work, or it will kill you.”
He said, “Gary, I’m going to
die–that I know. If what research that I can participate in
may help others, then go ahead.” I put
Frankincense
in a solution so we could inject it without risk of embolism
and injected the tumor in multiple locations around the
tumor and in the tumor three times a day.
We mixed up an ointment of
blood root, zinc oxide, and comfrey and placed over the
outside of the tumor because all the little microscopic
blood vessels were just rupturing constantly and bleeding,
and so it helped to cauterize the topical vessel because at
this time I didn’t even know that
Helichrysum
existed.
So we started injecting around
the tumor and this was one month later as the tumor was
dying and sloughing off and pulling away. As we talk about
DNA repair I hope you can understand what you are going to
hear following my presentation.
This picture was 60 days
later. The scar you see here coming around the esophagus is
the root that came and was attached to the carotid artery
here and came around the esophagus. You can see all this
tissue regenerating and filling in. This is DNA repair and
regeneration in the truest form. That’s why I stand here
today before you.
This picture was five months
from when we began and there was hardly a mark left showing
on his neck–it was totally free of the most deadly cancer
that exists. And he is only one of thousands that we’ve had
this experience with. He was the most extreme case that I
had ever had with malignant melanoma and one of the most
successful, so this is what gave me the fuel to pursue and
go forward and do what I’m doing when everybody was
slandering me and telling me I was crazy, that I was just
messing with snake oil and I was going to destroy my
credibility.
If you got on the
internet, you could see I didn’t have any credibility to
destroy, so I wasn’t concerned about that. I would sooner
have a young man alive than politically correct and dead!

Skin cancer
is
from lack of antioxidants, not the sun. If you are rich in
antioxidants, you protect yourself from UV light; thus
skin and eyes will not get degenerate/get cancer.
Compromised immune system is in the body tissue - needs

►STAGE
4 LUNG CANCER
My uncle--who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in
August--called last week to let us know that he had just
been to the doctor for follow-up after his third round
of chemotherapy. (He is scheduled for six rounds, 5
hours each, three weeks apart). His tumor occupied the
entire upper lobe of his left lung, was in his ribs and
lymph nodes when I sent down a box of oils in early
September.
I mixed one special blend (RC,
clove,
myrrh and
frankincense) specified in the
Essential Oils Desk Reference book,
and also had him use
ImmuPower once a day on his spine with a warm
compress. In addition, I suggested he use drops of pure
frankincense on his feet, and
PanAway in a
V-6 base on his shoulder, where much of his
discomfort was localized because of the tumor. (The oils
were introduced slowly so he could acclimate to each of
the oils. My aunt has been with him since he was
diagnosed and has been carefully applying the oils for
him each).
...back to his call last week. The tumor on his
lung--93% of it is GONE. The tumor in his lymph nodes...
absolutely no sign of it. The doctor is stunned.
Stage four is the final stage of cancer, and my uncle is
going to beat it. I have no doubt that his road to
recovery/remission has been paved by a combination of

Sun May 6, 2001 In the fall, I received an email from an
RN who found my name in an ad and contacted me. Her
husband had been sent home to die with
colon cancer. She
was a new YL distributor and wanted help. I suggested

week we ran into Tracey (The Young Life Research
Director at the Young Living Clinic) up here near our
'summer home'....had a nice visit with her. She is in
