Using Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils
to Cleanse, Strengthen and Protect Yourself
When Working with Clients
Cypress: Energetically, cypress disconnects spleen
energy
attachments. Cords and attachments are created between
people through over-empathizing. This is often the case for
healers and will deplete the healer's energy.
Frankincense: is a sweet protector of the heavens,
operating far beyond the auric field, in the light realms.
If it encounters
malevolent energies attached to a person, it has the
authority and power to assist in the removal of all that is
unwanted.
Geranium: has a consolidating, centering effect, and
conveys a feeling of calm strength and security.
Hyssop: Can strengthen one's sense of personal boundary.
Traditionally considered an Herb of Protection, it was
thought to defend the individual and their home from
negative influences and evil spirits.
Juniper: Since ancient times it has been associated with
spiritual purification, as well as the power to drive out
negative influences. It is the most powerful detoxifying
essential oil, and the first choice for psychic cleansing
rituals, whether of yourself, or a room or other space.
Myrrh: Energetically helps overcome the martyr's burden
of
suffering and sorrow. It is an excellent oil for the healer
who
carries the pain of those s/he works to heal.
Rosemary: has been used as an incense and to drive out
evil spirits since antiquity.
Vetiver: very grounding and centering, a true first
chakra oil.
Vetiver can be used to protect against others' energies by
tracing a counter-clockwise circle on the solar plexus with
it.
White Angelica: blended especially to cleanse,
strengthen and purify the aura / energy field.
Yarrow: this oil's ancient reputation as a
"woundwort" relates on a subtle level to its role as a Herb
of Protection, as well as its ability to consolidate the
aura, or personal psychic field.
AROMATHERAPY RECIPE FOR PEACE
Your Ritual for Peace
Light a white candle and anoint yourself on the top of your
head and heart chakra with the aromatherapy recipe below.
Remain silent for a few minutes and focus your thoughts on
peace. Feel it deeply in your entire being. Doing so
will create an energetic chain-like reaction of peace and
raise the consciousness of the world. Do this ritual as
often as you desire.
Your Aromatherapy Recipe for Peace
In
a 10-ml bottle, pour the following essential oils and then
add an organic vegetable oil to fill:
8 drops of Sandalwood
5 drops ofFrankincense
3 drops of Rose
Hello, I use the "Grounding"
oil blend on the sternum (breast bone) and the "Valor"
oil blend (6 drops on the bottom of each foot) to keep me in
my body and the "3
Wise Men"
oil blend on the 6th chakra (third eye) and the temples to
bring Spirit into the body and call back all my energy from
everywhere I've left it.
For extra
strength, I add the oil blend "Harmony"
clockwise on Chakras 1-7.
Hope
this helps, Dr. April Travis |

How to determine if that's the oil you need: you
can try the sway test, by simply standing straight but
relaxed, and holding a bottle of oil over the heart
chakra. Normally, one will begin to either fall forward
(the body needs it) or backward (it is resisting it).
Sometimes nothing will happen; but this is rare.

Harmony
helps
open the energy meridians and balance the bio-eclectic
field of the body. How to use: (1) Place
a drop or two of
Harmony
into one hand, the rub the alms of both hands together in a
clockwise motion. (2) Place one hand over the thymus
(heart chakra) and the other hand over the navel. (3)
Take three deep breaths and switch hands, then take three
more deep breaths.
3
Wise Men changes DNA and it routes out deep
seated trauma. I will put that on the crown chakra along
with valor on my feet, release on the liver. Then I will
recite the script. There is a place in the script where you
ask your body to change the emotion that you are working on
and you name the new emotion. I will use the oil blend that
matches the new emotion that I want to change it on.
Then I will go to bed and let my body go to work. I will
either have a dream or a vision or in the morning have an
inner knowing of what is going on. For me it usually takes
just one night, but there have been some deep issues that
took several days of scripting. -Dr.

Cassia - (cinnamomum Cassia) Similar to Cinnamon but it
smells sweeter and more pleasant. It enhances circulation
and supports the heart and empowers the will. It also
supports the sacral chakra, especially during menopause. It
is a good oil to use if you wake up in the morning and
feelsluggish.
Cassia energetically works to free the memories of
enslavement held deep in the unconscious. It also assists us
in remembering the reasons for a rebellious nature and
distaste for authority that derive from lifetimes of being a
slave, indentured servant or powerless.
Cassia has 90% phenol propenoids. Phenol propenoids increase
frequency, which increase spirituality. Cassia was a key
ingredient in temple incense in ancient times. (Other oils
with phenol propenoids are Clove
90%, Basil
75%, Cinnamon
73%, Nutmeg 75%.).
According to D. Gary Young, a recent study shows that extracts
of this herb can stimulate T-lymphocyte activity and immuno-globulin
production by B cells, which are key elements of immune
function.
Caution - Cassia oil can be irritating to the skin. Use on
the bottom of the feet.
Emotionally/Spiritually calming. Places one in instant
meditative state. Use on 3rd Eye for clear vision. Use in
the etheric over chakras in healing.
Burns off - clears out buildups - clears receptor sites to
experience healing energies. Helps for empowerment.
Strengthens the immune system.
* Use in very small amounts. *
Cassia was a key ingredient in the temple incense. "All thy
garments smell of Myrrh, and aloes, and Cassia, out of the
ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad." (Psalms
45:8)
Cassia is only available in 12 Oils of Ancient Scripture Kit
Then we can use the
Anointing Oils of the Bible to activate the amygdala
gland, which is the gateway to the frontal lobes and higher
consciousness. The major anointing oils are Frankincense,Myrrh,
and Sandalwood.
The Native Americans use Cedarwood. |
