Emotional Response

Emotional Ear Chart

Today, we live in a society of emotional distress.  There is greater focus on emotional behavior and psychological conditions of the body now more than ever.  Many doctors are realizing the possibility that a number of diseases are caused by emotional problems linking back to infancy or further, to problems that occurred during conception and while in the womb.  These emotional problems may compromise the immune system or genetic structuring, causing children to develop allergic symptoms to something that the mother ingested during pregnancy.

Essential oils play an important role towards people getting beyond these emotional barriers.  The aldehydes and esters of particular essential oils are very calming and sedating to the central nervous system (including both the sympathetic systems).  These substances allow us to relax vs. of letting anxiety build up in our body.  Anxiety creates an acidic condition that activates the transcript enzyme that translates that emotion on the RNA template (RNA is the sister molecule of DNA) and stores it in the DNA.  That emotion trait then becomes a predominant factor in our lives from that moment and on.

When we encounter emotionally charged situations, rather than being overwhelmed by it, we can simply diffuse essential oils, put them in our bath, or wear them as cologne.  The aromatic molecules will absorb into the bloodstream from the nasal cavity to our limbic system.  They will activate the amygdala (the memory center for fear and trauma) by sedating and relaxing the sympathetic/parasympathetic system.  Essential oils help support the body in minimizing the acid that is created transcript enzyme.

Because essential oils have an affect on the amygdala  and pineal gland in the brain, they can help the mind and body by releasing emotional trauma and sharpening focus.  See Photo

Essential oils aid in staying centered in our goals.  People have a lot of distractions in today's fast-paced world.  For example, if you are struggling to retain information or have a hard time remembering things, breathing the essential oils of peppermint, cardamom, or rosemary stimulate the brain and memory functions for better focus and concentration.  Someone who is focusing on creating a business and finds other problems that break that focus, could inhale the essential oils of galbanum, frankincense, sandalwood and melissa.  These oils are extremely beneficial in enabling a person to bring his or her mind back into a center of focus.  The blend Gathering will also help people to focus.  For emotional clearing and release, the oil blend called Trauma Life is especially helpful.
